Researcher Hege Stein Helland and Professor Marit Skivenes are featured in the Norwegian legal journal Juristen, where they make the case for a searchable database of child welfare tribunal decisions. Such a database would give child welfare services, lawyers, and policymakers better access to knowledge about previous practice, but the project currently lacks funding.
