SUMMARY:RDV: Shifts and legal changes in the Swedish child protection system – reflections on what is needed and the political dimension in law reform (Pernilla Leviner)
DESCRIPTION:Pernilla Leviner is Professor in Public Law\, focusing on welfare and child law\, at Stockholm University. She is director and board member of the interdisciplinary Stockholm Centre for the Rights of the Child\, and editor of Nordic Journal of Social Welfare Law (Nordisk socialrättslig tidskrift). As a researcher\, Leviner is interested in different aspects of the relation between the state\, family\, and individual\, often focusing on the responsibility and role of public authorities.
