DESCRIPTION:Dr. Gunn Astrid Baugerud: Child Interviews and the Use of Multimodal Virtual Avatars\nGunn Astrid Baugerud is Associate Professor at the Department of Social Work\, Oslo Metropolitan University. Baugerud has a background in cognitive developmental psychology\, and her research interests include child maltreatment\, children’s memory development and children as victims/witnesses\, and investigative interviews with children. SUMMARY:Barnevernfrokost: Barneavhør og bruk av interaktive avatarer
DESCRIPTION:Kvalitet i intervju er avgjørende for at barn som er utsatt for omsorgssvikt\, eller potensielt vold og overgrep\, får anledning til å fortelle fritt og upåvirket om det de har opplevd/blitt utsatt for. Imidlertid viser både nasjonal og internasjonal forskning at det er vanskelig å opprettholde kvalitet over tid i intervju av barn til tross for at det investeres store ressurser i opplæring i samtale- og avhørsmetodikk. Hvordan kan kunstig intelligens og interaktive avatarer være nyttige verktøy for ferdighetstrening i barnevernstjenesten og blant politiansatte som skal gjennomføre slike intervjuer? \nGunn Astrid Baugerud er Førsteamanuensis ved Institutt for sosialfag ved OsloMet. Hun har bakgrunn fra kognitiv utviklingspsykologi og forskningen hennes fokuserer på barn utsatt for mishandling\, barn som ofre og vitner\, og kvalitative intervju med barn i sårbare situasjoner. SUMMARY:RDV: Children\, youth and online risks (Elisabeth Staksrud)
DESCRIPTION:Elisabeth Staksrud:\nChildren\, youth and online risks\nElisabeth Staksrud is a Professor at the Department of Media and Communication\, University of Oslo. Her research interests and key competences include safe use and online risk\, regulation and rights\, media use among children and adolescents\, censorship and freedom of expression. She is working on several projects\, one of which is the European Union’s Horizon 2020 funded project “Youth Skills (ySKILLS)”\, which aims to enhance and maximize the long-term positive impact of the digital environment on children and adolescents.
