SUMMARY:Barnevernfrokost: Barns medvirkning
DESCRIPTION:Hvordan kan man ivareta barns rett til å bli hørt i barnevernssaker? \nBarnekonvensjonens artikkel 12 slår fast at barn har rett til å gi uttrykk for sine synspunkter i saker som berører dem\, og at barnets synspunkter skal tillegges behørig vekt i samsvar med dets alder og modenhet. Men hvordan håndteres denne forpliktelsen i følge forskning innen barnevern? Og hva innebærer denne rettigheten for utøvelsen av profesjonell praksis i barnevernet? Asgeir Falch-Eriksen er statsviter med barns rettigheter og barnevern som sitt spesialfelt. DESCRIPTION:Pieter De Wilde \nThe essence of democratic backsliding in the European Union: deliberation and rule of law \n  \nPieter de Wilde is Professor of Political Science at the Department of Sociology and Political Science at NTNU. His research addresses political conflict over European integration and globalization\, Euroscepticism as well as public debate in mass media\, the internet\, and parliamentary settings.
