SUMMARY:Norway in the European Court of Human Rights
DESCRIPTION:The lecture is part of the event FP-dagen\, hosted by the University of Bergen \nThe last few years have seen a massive uproar and negative media attention on child protection interventions internationally\, with Norway having a prominent place in this spotlight. Several cases against Norwegian child protection has been or is under review of the European Court of Human Rights. At this lecture\, we take a look at one of these cases that has received much attention: “Strand Lobben vs. Norway”.
