SUMMARY:Estonian Experience of Implementation of the ECHR
DESCRIPTION:Katre Luhamaa will make a presentation in the conference “The European Court of Human Rights in East-West Relations: Norms\, Values and Legal Politics” organised in Moscow 18-19 May 2018. Dr Luhamaa will analyse the impact of the ECHR and the practice of the ECtHR to the Estonian legal system and the national court practice. The conference is organised by the University of Tartu and the Moscow Higher School of Economics.
